Our Story
MADDY ST. HILAIRE - GLUTEN FREE BAKER AND OWNER
Hello! My name is Maddy and I am the owner and baker at Maddy Marie's - Gluten Free.
I started Maddy Marie's in 2021 when a local bakery/restaurant near my home in Colorado lost their gluten free tortilla supplier. I had been baking gluten free my entire life because my sister is extremely gluten sensitive and my goal has always been to create gluten free alternatives to the traditional baked goods she wasn't able to experience. This lead to presenting the idea of being the bakery's new tortilla supplier. I did not know what I was getting into (and I definitely put the cart before the horse when it came to producing a large amount of tortillas) but I welcomed the challenge and created my first official Maddy Marie's product. Baking for people in search of gluten free options is a rewarding process and I am blessed to be sharing my love for food through Maddy Marie's.
Maddy Marie's has grown into a family operation and we are excited to be offering gluten free sourdough bread, sourdough rolls, sourdough pizza crusts and more!
