Each ball of gluten free sourdough pizza dough is large enough to make a 12" pizza (medium thick crust).
Easy to press or roll out with slightly oiled hands. Bakes into fluffy pizza crust. Can be rolled out thick for a softer crust or thin for a nice crispy crust.
Ingredients: organic brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, sorghum flour, chickpea flour, filtered water, psyllium husk, salt, wildflower honey, extra virgin olive oil.
Store frozen, thaw and bake.
