Ingredients:
Organic/Non GMO tapioca flour, cassava flour, sweet white rice flour, chickpea flour, potato starch, organic sunflower oil, filtered water, xanthan gum, guar gum, sea salt. 
 
Our tortillas are all preservative free so they are best kept in the refrigerator or feezer. They will hold in the refrigerator up to 7 days, but for optimal freshness store them in the freezer until you are ready to use. Simply thaw the tortillas enough to separate and then heat them up on a hot dry skillet for 15-20 seconds on each side until they are hot and plyable. You can even refreeze the tortillas you don't reheat and use!
